Vehicle shipments are coordinated through selected U.S. export terminals and carrier-served destination ports. The assigned terminal depends on route, carrier, cargo and sailing availability.
Do not deliver a vehicle without booking instructions. Terminals have specific receiving hours, title deadlines, fuel rules and appointment requirements. Always use the terminal shown in your confirmed instructions.

Before terminal delivery
- Confirm title approval and document cutoff
- Verify the terminal address and booking number
- Remove prohibited personal items
- Check fuel level and leaks
- Bring required keys and identification
Inland pickup option
If you cannot deliver the vehicle, we can quote pickup from a residence, dealership, auction, warehouse or storage location. Pricing depends on distance, condition and vehicle size.
Destination ports and regional service
Carrier networks may serve Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Caribbean and Central and South America. Some destinations require transshipment or inland delivery from a regional gateway. Current availability is confirmed during quoting.
Terminal charges and destination handling
Port, terminal, storage, customs and destination handling charges vary by route. Review the written quote and destination agent instructions carefully. Late documents or delayed vehicle pickup can cause additional charges.
